Come join the OHT London & Health Foundry in this hackathon where we will seek to hack problems around diversity in the workplace

About the campaign

The OHT London team & Health Foundry are joining forces on a year long  campaign will be to engage the healthtech community in the UK to think about what it can do to improve diversity in the workplace and highlight some practical steps that could be taken in order to remedy the current situation. 

About the hackathon

The online hackathon is the first big event in this campaign. During the event attendees will be asked to solve a set of 4 problems in each of the following 4 themes:

  1. ‘Attracting a more diverse pool of candidates’
  2. ‘The application process’
  3. ‘In-work practices’
  4. ‘Turning commitments into practice' - (aka. how do you get boards to actually commit & not be tokenistic )

Each theme would correspond to the theme of a breakout room. Attendees will be tasked to come up with  very practical solutions by filling out a table with set of questions which will help them articulate the proposed solution.
